1. Copy new store
   Copy Tender Type from other stores
   Image Added
   Setup Store Price Group
2. Copy new restaurant (Set dimensions),
   Image Added
   New POS Menu Profile List
   Image Added
   Hospitality Type, Display Stations, Section Display Stat Mappings
   Image Added
3. Delete old transaction POS Cleanup table when new POS rollout (Optional?)
4. Change POS Lookup "Suspend" Panel to new data table ID (do a copy)
