The transfer is the allocation of the warehouse location, which can be handled in the following situations

1) Transfer stock item to the same location
2) Make a space for preparing more item
3) Transfer part of the bad product to a specific location for later reimbursement

When transferring items, the system will open a 「stock transfer 」to record relevant data

Receiving can have the following procedures to facilitate the operation of different warehouses
A) Full via Via web browser: prepare the 「stock transfer 」on the web browser, enter the warehouse, item and Qty, and confirm the transfer when the actual transfer is made
B) Full handheld scanner operation: create a new order in the handheld scanner, directly scan the order and confirm
