Preview the Pre-Alert document for the item lot then click action button 'Next Page" to continue

11 - Posting
Pending for posting notification email
Email to be send from the system for notify WH supervisor that the Item/Lot is ready to post, email layout as below:
Post WH Receipt Menu
Select "Post WH Receipt" menu for the process
Note: only the user it selected as "WH Supervisor" can access the menu for Post WH Receipt in m-In
Post WH Receipt Page
Preview the WH receipt line it is pending for posting
Click on the line it has "Yellow" indicator
The page for item tracking information for the WH Receipt line to be shows
Click the action button "PA Form" for review the details
Preview the Pre-Alert document for the item lot then click action button 'Next Page" to continue
Preview the Pre-Alert document for the item lot then click action button "Close" to close the Pre-Alert page for the Item/Lot
After click "CLOSE" on the PA form, system will return to Item Tracking Page
- If the received quantity has multiple Lot, select another lot and review
- If the only 1 lot for the received item, click action button "Previous Page"
Click action button "POST" to post the WH Receipt
