Replenishment Journal
Replenishment function, currently we have according to the below condition to add the related Transfer and Purchase replenishment Journal by "STORE"
Transfer Order
Item Category Code = W*(all vendors), R*(vendor=RW*)
Purchase Order
Item Category Code = R*(exclude vendor=RW*) You can search

Search related replenishment journal and bookmark to "Role Center" Home page

Purchase/Transfer Replenishment

1. Go to Purchase/Transfer Replenishment

      2. Select the corresponding replenishment template, if I have MK store then you can select the T0003 for MK proceed purchase replenishment for "Item Category" R* items and exclude the default "Vendor" is RW* items.

OptionsIn the options
Calculate Inventory: If this option selected, system will according to the item replenishment profile setting to recalculate each item inventory and average sales of the "Sales Period" preset in profile.

**Caution: If you have involved many items this will be a heavy job will impact of system performance, since system should night time update inventory qty so you can see if need more recently data otherwise no need to enable this function **

Skip 0 Lines: This option selected, system will not show the item lines not need to replenish, for example like4like method system only show the items which have Posted Statement qty after last replenishment job posted. If there don't have sales qty then system will not show on the replenishment lines.

Filter: Replen. Item Quantity: In the replenishment batch already according to the purchase/transfer replenishment logic to set specific filter criteria, but user still able to amend before run the add items.

4. After the Item added to journal, check the item quantities details:

Select item  Related  Replen. Information  Replen. Item Quantities

5. Modify the "Replenishment Journal Line" suggest replenishment quantity

Go to Retail Item Card  -> Replenishment Control Data
