1) BC Users
Create a user account before they can sign in and access Business Central.
In the example below, the Procurement User will use the login "Procurement@TruboJetBC.onmicrosoft.com" to access BC.
2) Approval User Setup
All "Requesters" or "Approvers" need to be set up in "Approval User Setup" and have their email addresses filled in so that they can receive email notifications related to the approval workflow.
