Journals
每個Journals 都有自己的Template and Patches。當每次要開一個全新的Template的時候，可以指定所需的Bal. Account Type, Bal.Account No. and No. Series
當需要開始一個全新的Journal時，可以為此選擇適當的"Document type"
Document No. 會自動產生。
指定應有的Account No., Description and Amount。
