設立基額成本的過濾

1. 選擇一個會計期間然後按 Process > Edit Account Schedule.
2. 使用個人化的功能去添加基壓成本

• • Global Dimensions – 所需的列長期存在 
  • Other Dimensions –只會存在於有分析視圖的會計期間

按基壓成本過濾列佈局的步驟

1. 選擇一個會計期間然後按 Select an account schedule and then select Process > Edit Column Layout Setup.
2.  在Name Field中，選擇現存的列佈局， 又或者開創一個新的

4. 選擇一行， 然後在dimension輸入數值

財務運作

一般日記帳

• 建立新的批次及安排序號在現有的批次
• 輸入條目
• 重新編號 Document No. => Actions/Functions
• 預覽賬目=> Actions/Posting
• 標準的一般日記帳

應收賬目

1. 1. 現金收據日記帳

• 建立新的批次及安排序號在現有的批次
• 輸入條目
•  Doc. No. *System自動應用在輸入欄
•  可應用數條的條目，選擇 Process =>Apply Entries…
  1. 登記客戶的付款
•  前往客戶頁面，選擇客戶後再選擇Process > Register Customer Payments.

付款日記賬

1. 1. 付款日記帳

• 建立新的批次及安排序號在現有的批次
• 輸入條目
• Doc. No. *System自動應用在輸入欄
• 應用數條的條目，選擇Process =>Apply Entries…
  1. 供款給供應商
•  前往供應商頁面，選擇供應商後再選擇 Process > Pay Vendor.
• 選擇vendor ledger entries,再按Process -> Create Payment
