This page introduce how to Create Opportunities, Record the Sales Cycle Process and how to create Job or Quotation from the Opportunity

1. Create Opportunities

Step 1 - Click [Opportunities] in navigation bar.

Note: if the link not included in navigation bar, click Search button then enter opportunities into search box, select Opportunities - Lists.

Step 2 - Click [New] to create new opportunities.

Step 3 – Enter Sales Opportunities information.

Fill up the key information as mentioned in the table below:

Fields	Details
No.	According to system setup - Auto generate by system
Description	Fill up the Opportunity description
Contact	Contact must create in Contact Card
Salesperson Code	Select Salesperson code if any
Priority	Default Normal, change if needs
Sales Cycle Code	Select Sales Cycle Code from the list
