Steps

1) Select the action Credit Limit Worksheet

2) Fill up the worksheet for review and apply new credit limit. Select Action button Add Cust. to Credit Limit Wksh.

Remarks: user can fill up the Start Date, End Date, Customer, Calculation Value x, y manually

Fill up the criteria for adding customer to the worksheet for review the sales amount and credit limit in the worksheet.

Field Description

(1) Start Date / End Date

Enter the Date Range for allow system calculate the Sales Amount for the customer during the period

(2) x / y - calculation figure for the calculate the suggested credit limit.

The formula below provided by user during requirement stage

formula: a year or half year sales data / 12 or 6*3 or /12 or 6*2 or Others

(3) Filter criteria for Customer

The screen capture show the sample as below;

Review the customer with Nature of Business - RTL-MEDCO
Review the Sales Data from 1/1/2020 to 6/30/2020 2020 use for review the credit limit
Formula for calculate Suggest Credit Limit = Sales Data / 6 * 3

Remarks:

Blocked - Default value is "Blank", No need to change this option if user only need to review the customer which is not blocked any sales transaction
