3) Basic NAV principle

  • All changes in NAV are automatically stored, saving manual operations.            
  • If an error occurs, no further changes will be saved, the user can either resolve the error field or press 'Refresh' for the last saved record.
  • The document being processed will be changed to "released", and it cannot be modified at this time unless it is "re-opened" again
  • If fields (columns) are not showing, right-click "choose columns" to change which columns to show and hide, the page may need to be reopened to apply the changes, and the changes will only apply to your own account.
