Shipping Transfer means to bring items away from the warehousethat to allocate the item from warehouse to another. 

When shipping, the it prepares to transfer,  the system will open create a "Sales Transfer Order" documentfor record. 

Shipping Stock in can be done via the following workflow based on your warehouses operation.

A) Via Through NAV:

When sellingtransferring , first open the "Sales Transfer Order"; When the items goods are actually shipped ship out from the warehouse, then confirm the delivery. 

B) Confirm with the handheld scanner: When sellingtransferring, open the "Sales Transfer Order" in NAVon the web page; When the items are shipped out from warehousewarehouse ships out/in, confirm the delivery in handheldby scanner.
