1. Create Configuration Package

1.1 Click on the search button then enter Configuration Packages and then click the link to open the page

1.2 Click action +New to add the new package

3. Export package for fill up the import data

(1) Select Excel then

(2) Select Export to Excel

NOTE:

(1) DON'T change the package information in Row 1

(2) DON'T change the table field name (i.e. column name) and the column sequence

4. Import package for import item to system

Prepare the data for import

(1) Clear all unnecessary item from the excel template (e.g. if no change on the existing record, delete all item from the excel it exported from the system)

      NOTE:  Please see to filter out all unnecessary item before export the package 

Before select “Import”. Please clear all the unnecessary

existing data before import. If not, there will be a pop-up window to ask for overwrite previous temporary data.



6. After import, some package errors will be found out under Errors, and user may click “11” to find them out. Or user may check it one by one in the table names below.
