- You could set a filter on each synchronize data subjob.
- Select the From-Table Filters function to open the setting after opening the card from the previous step.
- For example, according the filter setting as below. System will synchronize Rugby deal to stores only.
Troubleshoot Troubleshooting the data missingdidn't sync to the store completely
- Check any filter applied to subjob card.
Please reference "Using a filter to synchronize data job by selecting data" part to verify the settings. - Check Job Monitor any job shows error.
Open the job monitor on the Server.
For example, The Promotion job shows an error at 12:23 PM on 7th Dec 2022.
It may some filters of subjob settings are incorrect.
