- Check any filter applied to subjob card.
Please reference "Using a filter to synchronize data job by selecting data" part to verify the settings. - Check Job Monitor any job shows error.
Open the job monitor on the Server.
Press the "Connect" button to start monitor.
For example, The Promotion job shows an error at 12:23 PM on 7th Dec 2022.
It may some filters of subjob settings are incorrect.
- If the problem persists. Please send a related document of promotion, item, or other detail to support for reference to investigate the problem.
