Sales Order Criteria
- In this stage, only the order from HKTVM perform to use iPad for shipment process
- To conduct the shipment process in iPad, the sales order must have following criteria
- Status is Released
- Shipment Tracking No must in exist
- Shipment Date for the sales order line is in between three days before today and three days after today.For example, if today is Oct 8, the order line with shipment date in between Oct 5, to Oct 11 can be process shipment in iPadmsut be the current day. (If today is 31 Dec, the shipment date must = 31 Dec which can be detected by the app)
Process shipment in iPad
1, Login to iPad (please refer to How to login to m-In in Handheld / or Ipad device)
2. After login to iPad, the Shipment ID for today's shipment to be shows

| Shipment ID in sales order lines. The shipment ID to be shows shown in iPad Shipment ID page if the the sales order shipment date is today.

3. Before start starting shipment process, close the navigation menu
(1) Click Shipment ID to close the navigation menu
| (2) Select the shipment id by click on the row row / scan the code of Shipment ID

4. Item related to the shipment id to will be showsshown, enter the ship qty Qty and select lot.no (if any) for shipment process

shown on the page and related items to be listed below. (2) Scan the item barcode for shipment item NOTE: |
For BOM / Non-BOM items, user only need to scan the item instead of the components.
| (3) after the ship quantity is entered, system will show the ship qty it entered (4) click SAVE when completed and ready to post shipment (5) click confirm for confirm data send to business central and post the sales shippment.

5. Positing in process - During the positing process, system will show the indicator. Wait until the positing process is completed

6. Back to Shipment ID page for to continue the shipment process.

(2) List of Shipment ID to be show the outstanding only.
7. All shipment posted for the ship date, no outstanding shipment id to be shows shown on the Shipment ID page

In Business Central, the value Quantity Shipped to be populated by system
Process shipment in iPad - Item Lot Tracking handling
For individual item (i.e. non-BOM item), it may need to keep track of the Lot. Please see below for how to enter lot information when ship shipping the item
1, Refer to step 4 above, if the item is request item lot tracking. The list of available lot to be shows shown before entering the ship quantity.
User can click the lot no. for to select the lot for shipment

2, After select the lot no., user can enter the ship quantity by enter entering the quantity by number pad or scan.

Item Unit of Measure
In the case example below, the item has different unit of measure PCS and BOX.
The sales order line is order 1 BOX, when enter entering the shipment qty, user users need to enter the quantity by base unit.,
