The different between "Copy Item" function and "Copy Item (CNA)" function. - Copy Item (CNA) - customized function for CN Asia it developed before the BC standard function is launched.
- Copy Item - BC standard function it has been available since Feb 2022
- Both functions are used for copy item, however, standard function have option for allow user select the Item "Details" such as Reference Item, Item Unit or Measure etc are copy to the new item or not..
- Copy Item (CNA) - system will copy the item information directly w/o dialogues for allow user select option or no. series.
