Transfer means that to allocate the item from warehouse to another. When it prepares to transfer, the system will create a "Transfer Order" for record. Stock in can be done via the following workflow based on your warehouses operation. A) Through NAV: When transferring , first open the "Transfer Order"; When the goods are actually ship out from the warehouse, confirm the delivery. B) Confirm with the handheld scanner: When transferring, open the "Transfer Order" on the web page; When the warehouse ships out/in, confirm the delivery by scanner.
