This step is ONLY for product relocation in the warehouse.

It aims to make rooms by relocating closer from us, or to a non functional warehouse.

It is not a "transfer stock" officially.

IOS handheld scanner Select () of the scanner, and then press (+) at the bottom right corner of the receipt

2) Select the "Warehouse" to be transferred in the new transfer order

3) Then, you need to enter the barcode of the item in the shipping warehouse, or scan the barcode on the package

4) Enter the batch number, if there is a QR code, you can also scan it.

5) Enter the quantity of transfer

Operating Procedures

Create a Transfer Stock

1)

In mIn, select "Transfer Order

" on the menu

2) Select warehouse location (From & To)

3) User can see the Location from where to where. Scan the Item,No / Barcode and the item will show up.

4) Users can choose to scan the Barcode / Item.No to add up the Qty, or directly enter the amount using keyboard.

5) Confirmed the Qty entered, users click "Post" to post the Item Reclass Journal.

*If the Item requires the Lot number, system will show the all the Lot number regarding the item.

User can select the allcoation to the Lot number.

After scanning / entering the Qty, ckick "Save" to post the Item Reclass Journal.

6) The Item Reclass Journal will be posted in the Business Central automatically after clicking "Post" in the handheld.

The related G/L Entries & Item Ledger Entries can be found in the Business Central for the transfer.

6) After entering the quantity for the transfer, the shipment will be processed.

7) After confirming that the content is correct, return to the transfer screen to save
