Contact


Contact is the master data for relational management it uses for maintaining the information for marketing-related activities for a people or companies.

Follow the step below for create new Contact:

  1. Select Contact from navigation bar or use search function for find Contact

  2. Click New

  3. Enter following information in General Tab

    • Name
    • Type
    • Salesperson Code
    • Salutation Code

Segmentation


Segments are groups of contacts according to specific criteria.

Follow the step below for create Segments:

  1. Select Segments in navigation menu Sales => Segments

  2. Click New 

  3. Enter following information in General Tab

    • Description
    • Salesperson Code

  4. Click Add Contact... to add contact to the segment

Opportunity 





Sales opportunities for section the sales process into different stages for manage the opportunities.

Follow the step below for create new Opportunities:

  1. Select Opportunities from navigation bar

  4. Follow the steps below for record the sales cycle process

    • Start Sales Cycle Process - Activate 1st stage - Select [Activate First Stage] in Action bar for start the sales cycle.  Sales Cycle Stages line to be create by system accordingly.
