Step-by-Step Guide
1. Select Shopify => Products from Navigation menus
2. Select Synchronization => Inventory from the action menu
3. Only BC inventory can be sychronized to Shopify. (BC updates Shopify)
*BC inventory will remain the same if no shipment has been posted but only the sales order created. (E.g 100 PCS will remain 100 PCS. After 2 PCS shipment posted, will change to 98 PCS)
*Shopify inventory will show 98 PCS once 2 PCS has been ordered even no shipment in Shopify yet.
For the below points, if we synchronize inventory, Shopify will show 98 PCS.
Therefore, approriate flow = sync order to BC → post shipment in BC → sync shipment to Shopify. The inventory will be matched automatically.
