過濾
過濾功能可用於僅導出所需的記錄。按照以下步驟過濾要從Business Central導出的記錄。Filter function can be uses for exporting the required record only. Follow the steps below for filter the record which is intended to export from Business Central.
(1) Select Table 在操作列中選擇表格 => Filters in action bar過濾器
(2) Click on the assistant button for select the filter criteria field點擊助手按鈕以選擇過濾標準欄位
(3) Select the field from Fields Lookup table then click OK從“欄位查找表”中選擇欄位，然後點擊確定
(4) fill up the criteria that you want to export from business central.In case example below, when user select export to excel, only 1 record for item ALCOHOLSWAVS100S to be exported to excel 填寫您要從Business Central導出的標準。
在下面的示例中，當用戶選擇導出到Excel時，只有1個名為ALCOHOLSWAVS100S的項目記錄將被導出到Excel。
