3. Please be remind that only 3 Sandbox can be create.  If you need to create new sandbox by copy data from production, you need to delete either one sandbox first.

***PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE TYPE BEOFRE YOU DELETE THE SELECTED ENVIORMENT.  MAKE SURE THE TYPE IS Sandbox***

4.   Select the New action on the action ribbon.

5. Provide a name for your environment.

6. Select Sandbox in the Type drop-down list.

7. Specify if you want the sandbox environment to contain a copy of another environment. 

8.  In the Country drop-down list, select the country for the environment (e.g. HK). The selected country determines the localization for the environment and the Azure region in which the environment is created and stored.

Click on the link of the Sandbox you want to delete (for example Sandbox_20230316), the page below to be shows.

Double check the details then click Delete for delete the sandbox

5. Confirm the delete environment

6. Enter the information then click delete button in the confirm environment deletion pane.

7. Click the link of the environment you want to copy the data from the environment to the new sandbox (e.g. Production) and then the page below to be shows. 

   Select Copy from the action ribbon.

8. Provide a name for your environment and select Sandbox in the New Environment Type drop-down list.

    Then click Copy button in the copy environment pane.

9. Confirm copy environment

10. The new sandbox (e.g. Sandbox_20230421) to be available when the state is changed to Active by system.
