add user to Business Central

1, Go to Admin Center 

    (Note: you can access Admin Center by select the link in Settings page)

5. In the user detail page, select Licenses and apps tab and then select the Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials and other appropriated licenses (if any) to the user.


How to provide audit access

1) Follow the steps for add user to Business Central

2) In step 5, select Note: Select Dynamics 365 Business Central External Accountant for the user who need to access to the system for preview data only (for example, Access by Auditor for auditing activity) 


Update license In Business Central

1) Go to → Users → Home→ Update users from Microsoft 365

2) A new will be appear in the User list and need to grant the related permission to the user.
