HKTVMall Inventory Integration – Verify the Outstanding Quantity with BC

1. The item has setting up in the Ecommerce Item List

Expect the initial inventory qty update to HKTVMall, the inventory qty should not update to the HKTVMall available sell quantity while have inventory movement in BC.

      3. The Inventory quantity is according to the formula below to calculate for HKTVMall Location

• (3.2) Inventory Quantity – (3.3) Outstanding Quantity in Sales Order Line – (3.4) Ecommerce Reservation Quantity for line status = "Accepted" or "Reserved"

            Available Sales = 50 ( 59 – 6 – 3)

3.1 Check the HKTVMall Platform Inventory Location

3.2 Check the Item stock on hand Inventory Quantity

3.3 Sales Line – Check outstanding order line quantity for the ecommerce Ecommerce location

3.4 Check the Ecommerce Reservation List Status = Accepted and Reserved Total Qty
