The following guide describes GiveX in LSCentral POS
Activation
In Sales mode, press "Gift Card Sale / Topup " > "Retail Gift Card"
Enter Activation amount, press enter
Enter/Scan the gift card number, press OK
Press "Total" and the payment method and the card will then be activated.
Top-Up card
In Sales mode, press "Gift Card Sale / Topup " > "Top Up"
Key in the top-up amount, press enter
Enter/Scan the gift card number, press OK
Press "Total" and the payment method and the card will then be top-up.Check Balance
In Sales mode, press "Gift Card Sale / Topup " > "Check Balance"
Enter/Scan the gift card number, press OK
The card number, balance and expiry date will be shown on the screen
Redemption
Start normal sales first and key in items
Press "Total" and select "Gift Card"
Enter the amount that going to be redeemed from gift card, press OK
Enter/Scan the gift card number, press OK
