1. Select the coupon (e.g. Coffee Coupon).
   
   
   
2. Select Mange function menu and select Edit action.
   
   
   
3. Open the coupon detail, select More options to show the Action function menu and select Coupon Actions.
   
   
   
4. Input the number of coupon need to issue. Then, select OK to close it.

Navigate to Configuration Packages and manually update the valid date of Coupon.

1. Select the packages (e.g. COUPON EN). 
   
   
   
2. Open the packages detail, select More options to show the Excel function menu and select Export to Excel.

3. Update the Last Valid Date and Member Account No. (If needed) at sold coupon barcode.
   
   
   
4. Repeat the Step 1-2 and Select Import from Excel to update the records.
   
   
   
5. Select Import to import data into system.

6. Select Functions function menu and select Apply Data action.
   
   
   
7. Select Yes to continue.

8. This is Import/Update date result.
