轉貨時, 系統會開一張「轉貨單」, 以便記錄相關數據
收貨可以有以下程序, 方便不同倉庫的操作形式
A) 全網頁操作: 在網頁準備「轉貨單」, 輸入貨倉、貨品及數量, 在真正轉貨時確定轉貨
B) 全手提掃瞄器操作: 在手提掃瞄器建立新單, 直接掃瞄點貨及確定
以下文章解釋流程A的操作方法
Step
建立轉貨單
1) 在選單選擇「轉貨單」，按「創建」打開一張全新的轉貨單
2) 輸入「由貨倉」、「至貨倉」, 代表貨物將會由那一個貨倉位置, 轉至那一個貨倉位置
3) 按「保存」來儲存轉貨單
確定轉貨
4) 在選單選擇「轉貨單」，點按要確定轉貨的轉貨單
5) 點按「轉貨」進入確定轉貨畫面
6) 在「將轉貨量」填寫確定轉貨量, 若果相關產品有貨品追蹤要求, 請填寫批號/序號 及相對數量

Create the stock transfer note 1) Choose the menu「stock transfer」，click「Create」open a new Transfer note |

2) Enter 「From warehouse」 and 「To warehouse」, which means that the item will be transferred from which warehouse location to which warehouse location |  |
3) Click 「Save」to save the transfer note |

Confirm to transfer the stock 4) Select 「Stock transfer」 in the menu, and click the transfer order to the transfer note |

5) Click 「Stock transfer」 to enter the confirmation transfer screen |
|
6) Fill in the 「Transfer Amount」 to confirm the transfer volume. If the relevant product has a tracking requirement, please fill in the batch number/serial number and relative Qty |

7) When complete, click「Post」, the transfer will be confirmed and recorded, and can no longer be modified |
