Stock In is adding the items to the warehouse

It can be one of the following situations

收貨即是將貨加入貨倉內

可以是以下一種情況

收貨時, 系統會開一張「收貨單」, 以便記錄相關數據

收貨可以有以下程序, 方便不同倉庫的操作形式
A) 全網頁操作: 購貨時, 先開「收貨單」; 當貨物真實送達貨倉時, 確定收貨 
B) 手提掃瞄器確定: 購貨時, 在網頁先開「收貨單」; 當貨物真實送達貨倉時, 確定收貨點貨及確定
C) 簡易收貨: 不預先準備收貨單, 當貨物真實送達貨倉時, 即時在手提掃瞄器建立新單, 點貨及確定

以下文章解釋流程A的操作方法

Positive adjustment of inventory

When receiving goods, the system will open a "Stock in" note to record the relevant data

You may use one of the following operation flow for your Stock In operation
A) Via web browser: When purchase goods, first open the "stock in" note; when the goods actually delivered to the warehouse, confirm the receipt on screen.
B) Confirmation by hand-held scanner: When purchase goods, first open the "stock in" note via web browser; when goods are actually delivered to the warehouse, confirm the receipt and order using handheld scanner
C) Simple receipt: No Stock in note prepared in advance, when goods actually delivered to the warehouse, create a new order in the handheld scanner, scan and confirm

Step


Create the stock in note

(1)

在功能表, 點選「收貨單」

In the menu, click "Stock In"

要建立收貨單，點擊「創建」Image Removed

Repeat step <4> , until all the items to be received on the stock in note have been added

在功能表, 點選「收貨單」

Open "m-In" app in handheld, in the menu, click "Stock In"

在收貨單畫面, 打開須要的收貨單，按「收貨」

(10) 如商品設定需要貨品追蹤及/或必填期日, 請分別輸入批號/序號、到期日、收貨數等, 否則, 只需輸入收貨數

(11) 完成後, 按「記帳」確定, 倉存便會正式記帳且不能修改

記帳後, 可在不同界面看到相關記錄, 包括「庫存」、「歷史」及各報表等

在「貨品」的畫面內, 也有「庫存」(15) 及「歷史」(16) 標籤看相關資料

In Stock In Note screen, scan the barcode of item/stock in note number, if only one of stock in note match, it will automatically jump into receive screen, otherwise you can tap on stock in note to start receive.

(10) Start scanning if you would like to count by item barcode. Otherwise tap on the respective item line, a number pad will show, enter the quantity for quantity to be received, you can also tap the "weight" icon to change the unit of measure.

If the item is selected as Lot No. / Serial No. item tracking, you will jump to "Lot No./Serial No." input screen, you must first input Lot no./Serial No. and/or Expiry date before start counting/input quantity

11) Click "Save", the Stock in will be posted
