NAV server unable to start again, this is happening in some version of NAV server using SQL authentication to connect to database.
In "Event Viewer", the error message is can be "unable to connect to database due to authentication failed" or "Problem with encryption key problem".
Solution
It is due to the SQL authentication key has changed if multiple server instance using SQL authentication, prefer using Windows Authentication in this case.
However, if that is not feasible, please following the instruction below to re-create the server authentication key
