Item in m-In requires an item mapping in order for the Sales Order to downloaded from the integration platform with correct item information.




Step


Click "Master Date" > "Item", and select the related item

In the item page, Click "Change integration mapping" under Sales section

In the Insert Mapping page, fill in the following information

System Type: Source Platform type

Platform Code: Company / Store font name of the source platform

SKU/ Shopify Item: SKU/ Item no. of the source platform
