Steps for process P2 Items in m-In

1 - select the WH Receipt from Warehouse Receipt Page

In this case example, WHRE24010118-05 is selected for process


2 - select the "Goods Received Date" (1) and then select the item (2) for the inbound process

In this case example, Item 2B1074X is selected for process


3 - Enter the "BIN" for the goods receive

(1) Enter the BIN Code 

4 - Enter the "Item Tracking" and fill in the "PA Form" (Shipment Pre-Alert Form)

(2) Click action button "Add Lot" for enter the lot information

(3) Enter the Lot Number, Expiration Date and the Quantity (base) for the Lot

(4) Click the PA form button for enter the details for the Lot


5 - Fill in the PA Form

The upper part of Pre-Alert Documnet shows the basic information of the WH Receipt Line.

Scroll down to complete the "Inbound Information".  Click action button "Next Page" for continue


6 - Fill in the PA Form (continue)

If no exceptional case such as overship, damage, short ship or the lot to be store in different BIN as well as no need to attach photo or comment to the WH Receipt,

Click the action button "DONE" for complete the PA Form


7 - Enter the Item Tracking (continue)

After click "DONE" on the PA form, system will return to Item Tracking Page

  • If the received quantity has multiple Lot, enter the lot information and replete step 4 to 6
  • If the only 1 lot for the received item, click action button "Previous Page"

Note: if the PA form is in exist, the button color for "PA Form" to be change to "Blue" 


8 - Ready for Posting

Click action button Ready for Posting if the Goods Receive information is completed


9 - Data update by system 

The indicator "clock" shows when the data is updated back to NAV

The indicator "clock" shows when the data is updated back to NAV
