Users use "Configuration Package" to update the data from tables (E.g. Item / Vendor / Customer) related.
1) Search "Configuration Package" and
-Create a new package
-Use existing package
2) Select the Package
Item:
E.g. If update Item, may also update Item Reference (handheld barcode), LSC Barcodes (POS barcode)
Vendor / Customer:
3) Point to the TableID, then export the file
4) User can export the excel with filter, then only that record will be exported.
User can look at the structure of the template, to know what infomation is needed to fill, and add a new line according to the stucture.
*After doing it, please remember ONLY leave the new record to be imported back to the system. Otherwise, it looks long time to process.
5) Import and apply new data
**Only Text in Red, means the file is compatible.
If it's in Green Color, export the file again and import.
6) This column shows the number of records imported.
Click the field, then select ALL, then apply.
