"Location" is the basic unit of storage. You may create different location, up to your company needs. For example: 1/F, 2/F, 3/F, Tuen Mun, Sheung Shui, Shenzhen Longhua etc. You may fill in the contact number or address in Locations. If the warehouse is large, you may also require to setup bin in order to better manage the storage warehouse, the "Bin Mandatory" can be checked and bin should be setup in that location before use. |

Create Warehouse (1) in "Menu", find and select "Locations" (2) To create Warehouse, click "New" | 1） 2） | |
(3) Enter location code and name, in the warehouse. ** IF you use bin to mange that specific location, please choose "Bin Mandatory". | 3）

(4) If you use bin, press the "Bins" button on the ribbon, and enter the relate bin information. You must "Code" for each bin, optionally you can also enter "Description" for a clear identification. | 4)
