To Update Sales Quote after Released
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
1. Archive Document | Open the sales quote, select Functions, Archive Document action
|
| 2. Reopen Document | Select Reopen action, then made change to the Sales Quote
|
| 3. Enter version no. | Enter the version no. (for example for enter R1 for 1st revision to customer) Please note, the screen capture below just for example, the field position to be according to user patronization for their own setting
|
| 4. Revision | Update to the sales quote |
| 5. Release | Release the quote if the updated version ready to send to customer |
