Pre-request - Shopify Shop setup in Business Central 


1.  Select Shopify => Orders from Navigation menus


2. Select Process => Sync Orders From Shopify


Enter the filter criteria for sync Orders from Shopify (if any).  For example, you can only import the Shopify Order if already Paid.

Click OK to import order from Shopify

3.  Shopify Order imported

 

NOTE: if the Shopify Order is paid after import, the Financial Status to be update to BC accordingly.

 

4. Select Create Sales Documents

5. The sales order is created in business central

6. Select Order => Sales Order to preview the sales order created.

7. If you want to preview the payment status before shipment, select Order => Shopify Status Page

*After the Shopify Order has been made and syn to the BC, if the users adjusted the sales volumn in the Shopify and syn again to the BC, price in BC will be updated regardingly.

However, the sales line volume will not be updated.

Orginal 1PCS and then add another PCS. Total = 2 PCS

Shopify Order will update the price to $750*2 but the sales line will still show Qty = 1.
