Check if the BC service is running
- Connect to remote PC (This Step can skip if direct proceed in PC, the go to Step 3)
- Connect "Team Viewer"
*TeamViewer ID and Password (pls check with admin)
- Login to Windows account
*ID provided to admin
- Start (Windows Logo) Business Central Administration
- Click left panel Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Check BC160 (or the service instance
- Right click the service BC160 (or others) click "Start"
- The status show as "Running" then can try to login system again
