Check if the BC service is running

  1. Connect to remote PC (This Step can skip if direct proceed in PC, the go to Step 3)
  2. Connect "Team Viewer"

*TeamViewer ID and Password (pls check with admin)

  1. Login to Windows account

*ID provided to admin

  1. Start (Windows Logo)  Business Central Administration






  1. Click left panel  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  2. Check BC160 (or the service instance

  1. Right click the service BC160 (or others)  click "Start"

  1. The status show as "Running" then can try to login system again
