A new document, ‘Good Pickup Form,’ has been developed in Transfer Order. This document is to be used by Logistics when they need to pick up goods from container and deliver them to the warehouse.

The process flow as below:

  • Vendor Invoice No.
  • Vendor Shipment No. 
  • Qty to Receive
  • Item Tracking Line (if serial no. is required)
  • (for BULTHAP PO) - fill in the necessary fields in "Bulthaup" tab
3Post Purchase Receipt 

Post the purchase receipt 

4Transfer Order

System auto creates transfer order and post the transfer receipt if the purchase order Location is "Ex-Factory"

5Record shipping information in Transfer Order

Following fields to be update in TO by the user

  • House Bill
  • Container No
  • Check List
  • Delivery Company
  • Good Pick up Address
  • Remarks
6Pick up container

Print the document "Madison Good Pickup (ToINV)" from the Transfer Order

7Pick up goods and deliver to WH
