Follow the steps below for request Site Checking for the new Retail Job
1) Before creating the Site Measurement Order for the Retail Job, check if the site measurement already recorded in system or not.
If the site checking for the combination of "Building" and "District" is processed before, system can show the information when user clicking on the action button Home/Site Measurement.
Site Measurement Information
List of Site Measurement Information.
- Ship-to Customer Address, Ship-To Customer Address 2, Building and Ship-to Customer Name for the Retail Job to be shows on the list, related Pre-Delivery Order for site checking to be listed for user review.
- Clicking on the link for the "Order no." to open the related Pre-Delivery Order for details.
To create the Sit Measurement Order
1) Clicking on the New Sales Quote button to create the new Quotation for the Retail Job
2) Site Checking/Pre-Delivery Order created by the system. The user should fill out the following information to complete the order
3) Add attachment to the Pre-Delivery Order
- Open the Record where you want to add the attachment.
- Access the FactBox Pane: On the right-hand side of the screen, you'll see the FactBox pane. Look for the Attachments tab.
- Add Attachment, lick on the number next to the Documents field (e.g., "0" if there are no attachments yet).
In the Attached Documents page, click on the Attach a document button.
Choose the file you want to attach from your computer and upload it.
4) Retail Job Stauts
Once the Pre-Delivery Order is created for the retail job, the Retail Job Status to be changed to "Pre-Delivery"
In Role Center, the Retail Job to be included in the Cues for "Retail Job-Pre-Delivery"
