Step-by-step guide for set up assembly BOM
1. Create item for the assembly component (for example item no, CREST-1B-HK - please see How to create inventory item for details.
2. Create item for the item it has assembly BOM (for example item no CREST-20P-TW-GU)
3. To setup assembly BOM, go to the item card (e.g. CREST-20P-TW-GU)
Then select Action: Related => Bill of Materials => Assembly => Assembly BOM
4. In Assembly BOM page, enter the component. In the case example below, Item CREST-20P-TW-GU to be assembly by 20PCS of CREST-1B-HK

5. Indicator of Assembly BOM
After the Assembly BOM is setup for the Item, indicator to be shows on the Item List. User can click on the link to open the assembly BOM page.
