To enable the "tab" function after scanning a barcode on a Honeywell device, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Settings App:

   • Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the app drawer.
   • Tap on the "Settings" app

2. Navigate to Honeywell Settings:

   • Scroll down and tap on "Honeywell Settings".

• • Select "Scanning".

3. Configure the Internal Scanner:

1. • Tap on "Internal Scanner".
   • Select "Default Profile".
   • Go to "Data Processing Settings".

(1) Check the check box "Wedge"

(2) "Wedge Method":  Standard

(3) "Suffix": 

• In the "Suffix" field, enter \x09 to add a tab after each scan (the hexadecimal code for the tab character).
• Tap "OK" to save the changes

Save and Exit:

• • Tap the back button until you exit the settings.
