Business Central included “Service Order Archive”.  After upgrade from NAV to BC, User MUST use the new Service Order Archive function.

1-How to Archive Service Order 

1) In Service Order, action button “Archive Service Order (old)” is upgraded from NAV, we have added the error message for let user know they need to use the new archive function it includes in BC standard.

2) Action Button “Archive Document” is BC Standard Archive function

3. After archive, user can see the “No. of Archived Versions” shows in the field. Click the link to open the archive record.

2-How to preview Service Order Archives 

1. Enter "Service Order Archives" in Search Box and then click the link for open the Service Order Archives.
2. The list of all Service Order Archives records shows on the list.

3-How to preview NAV Service Order Archive record (The data migrated from NAV)

1. Enter "Services List Archive" in Search Box and then click the link for open the Service List Archive.
