Go to "?"→ Help & Support → Inspect pages and data → Right pane "Page Inspection" will be appear
Point to the page you would like to know the table ID → right Pane "Page Inspection" will show the Table Name and ID in the (xxx) e.g. 5742, then you can use this id to do configuration package or setup security etc. purpose.
