Receipt will be shown at Receipt Station in Virtual Station after a test print.

Mapping to Hardware Profile

In BC, go to "POS Hardware Profile List".

You can create a new Hardware Profile or modify the existing one.

Let use the "VIRTUAL" hardware profile as the example. Before mapping the printer/virtual printer to BC, we test the hardware connection from "Test Hardware Connection".

If connection successful, we can proceed the following steps.

Click "Sync Hardware Profile" in edit mode (Click the "Pen" button on top for edit mode)

Then all virtual devices (and receipt printer if have) are detected. Remove the virtual devices on the lists if you are mapping to a physical receipt printer, cash drawer, and etc.

Go to "POS Terminal List". Then click the POS terminal you would like to set (e.g. MKA001)

In the POS Terminal, change "Hardware Profile" to "VIRTUAL" (i.e. the hardware profile set previously)

Go to the POS, then print X-Report (X銷售總表). The report should be shown on VirtualStation (or printed on a receipt if you mapped a physical printer)
