Standard Journals give users the advantage of storing transactions details and reusing it multiple times.
1, Go to general journal and then enter the journal line
2, Select Actions => Functions => Save as Standard Journal.
3. Enter the Code, Description. If the amount to be same, select the toggle button and then click OK for save
3. Follow the steps below when you need to use the standard journal
(1) Go to the journal batch
(2) Select Actions => Functions => Get Standard Journals
(3) Choos the standard journal from the list
