1, Search "General Journal Tempaltes"
2, User can click "New" to create a new tempaltes and also the batches then.
3, Important fields:
(1) Name
(2) Description (optional)
(3) Type of journal template
(4) Bal. Account Type (optional) *System will default a balance account of the journal line if users fill this column. User no need to enter double entries.
(5) No. Series
(6) Posted No.Series (optional) *If users want to have another no.series after posting the line.
(7) The lines should be balance in amount debit & credit
(8) Select Copy to Posted Jnl. Lines for copy the journal line after post and able to find in Posted General Journal
