The way users to update the field "Batch No" & "Expiry Date" for Item Ledger Entries is the same.

Using apdate Batch No for example, follow below steps:

1.Search "Item Ledger Entries".

Users can filter the Item Ledger Entries.

E.g. If just would like to update the ILE of Location Code = NY, Item No. = ABIB-733344, Type = Purchase Receipt

2, Click "Open in Excel" to generate into Excel file.

3, Confirm that Column I = Entry No. Column J = Batch No. / Expiry Date (if for updating Expiry Date)

Only Column I & J will be recognized by the importing function, other columns are just reference for users to help them updating the entries.

4, After saving, back to ILE, click the import function to choose which to update, Batch No / Expiry Date
