Setup for facilitate the Exchange Rate import function
1) General Ledger Setup (per Company)
Setup Data:

| 1 | Company Based Currency | Enter the currency code for the Base Currency for the current company |
| 2 | Email Subject | Max 250 char. Show in the end of default email subject line.

| 3 | Mail Recipients | Enter the email address of the Recipient(s) who need to receive the notification email for the updated exchange rate |
| 4 | cc Mail Recipients | Enter the email address of the Recipient(s) who need to receive the copy of the notification email |
| 5 | Taiwan Company | Select this option for Taiwan Company only |
| 6 | Hong Kong Company | Select this option for Hong Kong Company only. |

2) Job Queues Entry for execute the exchange rate import function.
(1) Select the Coudeunit 50096 for execute the import function
(2) Enter the Start Date.
(3) Select the Recurrence Time for let the system run the job according to the schedule.
