Use Scheduler Job to sync data to Store.

In the below case, it synchronizes all selected data including Coupon data by the HCA Promotion scheduler job at the same time.

Navigate to Scheduler Job list.

Please note that sync items must be set as a filter to avoid syncing "DEL-" items (remapping item numbers) from Server to Store. No matter new items or existing items. Only in the case that the user confirms that these items ("DEL-" items) sync to stores are correct.

Please reference Apply special filter for items sync jobs part to apply the filter to subjob of the item, item unit of measure, Sales price and BOM comp, etc.

Please run the "POS SETUP", "HCA-ITEM" scheduler job.
"POS Setup" will sync item routing data to Stores.
"HCA-Item" will sync item master related data to Stores.

  1. Search the keyword (Scheduler Job) at searching bar and open the Scheduler Job list.


  2. Filter HCA-PROMOTION on scheduler job. Then, Select and open the record.


  3. By schedule setting, it will automatics run once every night.
    Select Run Now function to manually run the job immediately.


  4. Select Yes to conform synchronize data.


  5. It will shows this job triggers how many subjobs ran at this job. Select OK to close it. 


Apply special filter for items sync jobs
Selected the subjob must apply a filter before syncing items data to stores.



Follow the below steps to apply the filter of the item subjob.
Apply the filter to other related item master subjobs (please reference selected subjobs from the pervious picture).


Using a filter to synchronize data job by selecting data

  1. You could set a filter on each synchronize data subjob.


  2. Select the From-Table Filters function to open the setting after opening the card from the previous step.


  3. For example, according the filter setting as below. System will synchronize Rugby deal to stores only.


Troubleshooting the data didn't sync to the store completely

  1. Check any filter applied to subjob card.
    Please reference "Using a filter to synchronize data job by selecting data" part to verify the settings.

  2. Check Job Monitor any job shows error.
    Open the job monitor on the Server.


    Press the "Connect" button to start monitor.


    For example, The Promotion job shows an error at 12:23 PM on 7th Dec 2022.
    It may some filters of subjob settings are incorrect.


  3. If the problem persists. Please send a related document of promotion, item, or other detail to support for reference to investigate the problem.
