Overview
Club - Multiple member club can be setup in LS Central, for example, Member Club for "Loyalty Customer" and "Company Staff" respectively.
Scheme - The schemes use for identity the benefits and rules for the membership. Each club must at least one scheme.
- Schemes split club members into groups for specifying different benefits and rules for each schemes in the club.
- Able to handles upgrades and downgrades between schemes according to the rules, for example, number of purchase or points earned.
Member Benefits - Unique benefits (Discounts, Member Points etc) for each scheme
Membership Points - each member club with at lease one rule of membership points for specific how to earn or redeem the points.
- Points transfer between accounts in the same club.
- Points can earned in different ways, for example, by amount or quantity on the sales transaction or tenders
Member Account - Member account must be created for each member of a member club. Each member account can have one or multiple member contacts.
