Posiflex AURA PP-7600X after install POS receipt footer QR Code was cut 10%.Therefore, QR code not completely show at POS receipt.

Step-by-step guide

Ensure the installed driver version and setting

  1. Uninstall the driver version late than PPdrv_x64_106i

  2. Install the driver PPdrv_x64_106i for Posiflex PP-7600X (Posiflex AURA PP-7600X)

  3. Change the paper size from 3.14 x 128 in to 3.14 x 11 in


  4. Update the printing setting and default printing setting to paper size 3.14 x 11 in


  5. Ensure the Cash Drawer setting assigned to correct drawer
     

Payment method - Cash setting enable

  1. Check the payment - Cash enable the drawer open option at store setting
